Egy biztos az idei szezonban m\u00e1r sem Dely M\u00e1rtont sem pedig Gerd\u00e1n Tibort nem l\u00e1thatjuk a p\u00e1ly\u00e1n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Febru\u00e1r 22-\u00e8n a Csurg\u00f3 elleni m\u00e9rk\u0151z\u00e9sen szenvedett v\u00e1lls\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9st Gerd\u00e1n Tibor, akin az\u00f3ta m\u00e1r sikeres m\u0171t\u00e9tet hajtottak v\u00e9gre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e\u00c1prilis 3-\u00e1n a Budai Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gk\u00f6zpontban megm\u0171t\u00f6ttek, a m\u0171t\u00e9t sikeres volt \u00e9s az addigi f\u00e1jdalmak is elm\u00faltak. M\u00e1snap d\u00e9lel\u0151tt kar r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u0151ben hazaengedtek, melynek haszn\u00e1lata m\u00e9g 2 h\u00e9tig volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges. A rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3 a mostani f\u00e1zis\u00e1ban az el\u0151\u00edrt k\u00e9z mozgat\u00e1s\u00e1nak k\u00f6nnyebb gyakorlataival t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik.\u201d<\/em> \u2013 mondta el Tibi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dely M\u00e1rton egyh\u00e9ttel k\u00e9s\u0151bb a Gy\u00f6ngy\u00f6s elleni m\u00e9rk\u0151z\u00e9sen szenvedett s\u00falyos s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9st. A j\u00e1t\u00e9kost az\u00f3ta megm\u0171t\u00f6tt\u00e9k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eNemr\u00e9g kivett\u00e9k a l\u00e1bamb\u00f3l a m\u0171t\u00e9tkor berakott k\u00e9t csavart. Ezzel minden orvosi vizsg\u00e1lat megvolt, valamint a m\u0171t\u00e9t is teljesen rendben zajlott. Igaz\u00e1b\u00f3l elkezdhetem a rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3t. Napr\u00f3l-napra haladok \u00e9s azon dolgozom, hogy min\u00e9l hamarabb csatlakozhassak a csapathoz.\u201d<\/em> \u2013 mondta el \u00e1llapot\u00e1r\u00f3l Marci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<em>\u201eSzerencs\u00e9re Marci m\u0171t\u00e9tj\u00e9n\u00e9l minden rendben volt \u00edgy id\u0151ben meg tudtuk kezdeni a rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t. Ilyenkor a f\u00f3kusz a k\u00f6t\u0151sz\u00f6vet rendez\u00e9s\u00e9n, a mozg\u00e1startom\u00e1ny n\u00f6vel\u00e9s\u00e9n \u00e9s a kihagyott edz\u00e9sek miatti izomt\u00f6meg cs\u00f6kken\u00e9s minimaliz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1n van. Nagyon sz\u00e9pen halad \u00e9s minden nappal er\u0151sebb. Szerintem ink\u00e1bb visszafogni lesz majd neh\u00e9z, mert nagyon v\u00e1gyik m\u00e1r vissza a p\u00e1ly\u00e1ra. Tibi rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00f3ja is elkezd\u0151d\u00f6tt. Sz\u00e9pen halad a folyamat, egyel\u0151re az a c\u00e9l h\u00f3nap v\u00e9g\u00e9re, hogy a teljes mozg\u00e1startom\u00e1nyt el\u00e9rj\u00e9k a karj\u00e1val . Ha ez siker\u00fcl, ut\u00e1na j\u00f6nnek a tov\u00e1bbi er\u0151s\u00edt\u0151 gyakorlatok, majd az er\u0151nl\u00e9ti edz\u00e8sek csak ez ut\u00e1n k\u00f6vetkezhetnek. A teljes fel\u00e9p\u00fcl\u00e9s megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u0151leg m\u00e9g 3 h\u00f3napot vesz ig\u00e9nybe.
